Business re-Education Centre

  1. Membership privileges are available only on the presentation of your current membership card together with photographic identification and proof of entitlement to any concession benefits.

  2. Your membership card is NOT TRANSFERABLE. Only the named person/s listed on your membership card may use it. Failure to present your membership card on request could result in the payment of full charges.

  3. Reproduction of the Business re-Education Centre membership card in any form is strictly prohibited.

  4. Unauthorised or unlawful resale or attempted resale of any membership card or benefit is grounds for seizure and cancellation of the membership card without compensation.

  5. Prices are valid until 30 June, 2013.

  6. The Business re-Education Centre pro-ratas membership subscriptions to 30 June of each year.

  7. A $5.00 fee is payable for replacement cards.

  8. A membership will be considered ‘lapsed’ immediately after the expiry date has passed.

  9. The Business re-Education Centre may terminate your membership if you: fail to comply with these terms & conditions; abuse any privilege afforded to you under the Membership program; or misuse your membership card or breach the Code of Conduct of the Business re-Education Centre.

  10. The Business re-Education Centre collects & manages your personal information in a professional & responsible manner & in accordance with the principles of privacy law. The information provided by you will only be used for the Business re-Education Centre purposes, such as the administration of your membership, the provision of goods & services, planning research & marketing of the Membership program. The Business re-Education Centre will not disclose, sell, distribute, share or otherwise pass on your personal information to any third party. You may choose not to provide your personal details upon joining, however, if you do not provide your personal details we will not be able to administer your membership or provide you with some or all membership benefits.

  11. Members are responsible for ensuring the details of their Business re-Education Centre Membership are correct at all times.

  12. The Business re-Education Centre reserves the right to update or change these terms & conditions of membership benefits at any time without prior notice.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • The Business re-Education Centre reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership
  • If the Business re-Education Centre refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund.

Cancellation by Member

  • Membership cancellations received within 7 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less $35 service fee.
  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Membership cancellations for members who have paid in advance for a 12 month membership must give notice in writing of 30 days and may be eligible to receive a full refund less a fee equivalent to 1 month of membership level payments.
  • Membership cancellations for members who pay on a monthly basis must give notice in writing of 30 days.
  • Cancellations will be accepted via email or post and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
  • All benefits and incentives received by a member must be cancelled/returned to the Business re-Education Centre
  • All refund requests must be made by the member card holder
  • Refund requests must include the name of the member and their member number
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment
